New voices were added with the iOS 16 update released last week. If you had an earlier version of the app, most likely you will need to re-download the voices you use and update all of your previously created custom buttons. This update allows you to adjust the speech rate for each custom button individually. Now when you long press on a custom button, the edit area contains a speech rate slider. After adjusting the slider to your preference, press save and the speech rate will be saved for that individual button only. Version 1.11 enabled the ability to use the app during phone calls. Instead of playing the audio through your iPhone speakers, when on a call it will automatically play through to the other person's phone. Version 1.11.1 now adds a visual representation showing the text as it is spoken. The text is highlighted as it is spoken which is useful when on a phone call and for people who are deaf or have hearing loss. It also includes some minor bug fixes and enhancements.
