Getting started:
Download the app, then sign on with your Primis Online Banking username & password. Unsure of your username or password, or need a little help? Give us a call at 1.833.4Primis (833.477.4647).
After using the commercial app for quite some time it required me to re-enter my password. I didn’t remember my password because I have been using face ID. I contacted customer service and changed my password, there was no issues with this process. But upon trying to access the mobile app it will not accept my credentials and says that I cannot validate my information. The issue I have is that upon contacting customer service again, customer service told me there is nothing they can do and basically was like goodbye and good luck. Poor experience!!
Don’t count on making deposits

The icon to make deposits via the app did not install with the download & apparently must be added by the IT department. I contacted the bank via chat & was told it would be added by the next day. Not there. Called & was told it would be added, available next day. Not there. Called again. Previous request was processed - try restarting the phone &/or reinstalling the app. Still nothing. CSR’s have been nice, but the hold time is lengthy & I can’t make deposits. Very disappointed.

It’s actually laughable that Primis new branding is that they make banking easy when they don’t even have a mobile deposit option. Like others have said if you contact them they will tell you it will be available in 24 hours, but that time never comes. My organization has been with them for over a decade back when it was EVB, and our local branch is fantastic, but the mobile banking option is the absolute worst.

I am constantly having to re-enter my password even though I have been using Face ID. I just logged in online successfully and still can’t log on to the app using the same credentials. Horrible and frustrating …constantly.
