Dear Manager,I am using the Cell card company for more than 20years now I am working on the Island of Koh Rongsanloem and here there is no signal at all. So please help support on the signal to Koh Rong Sanloem as Koh Rong. If it is hard then you can create the package as before called EXTRA LONG in order to keep my number active while working on the Island with no signal. Thanks for your consideration!
Fingerprint ID - now unusable

I loved this app when I could use it, but since they added the Fingerprint ID and it doesn’t work on my phone I’m stuck at that screen. Should be an option to bypass it.

Didn’t see service that we subscribe on home display

Dear developer I hope u could update your app On home display u show us main balance and plan but didn’t see the service that we subscribe . Another thing is the app is a bit slow to see new balance after we done subscribe something I hope u could fix it ASAP.Thank You

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused. You may try below methods: 1. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet either via Wifi or mobile data. 2. Make sure your device is not running heavy apps or games in the background. Closing some apps that you don't regularly use can help improve your device performance. 3. Try relaunching the Cellcard app.
