Again this game is easy to play you don’t have to buy guns with real money. Which is a great aspect of the game! Theirs more then enough ways to gain gold and cash from the game to get better guns and to upgrade your weapons! Now my only small baby problem is I would like to see different weapon you have to use for public events not just the machine guns. That’s the only thing! Oh yea I forgot another great thing is the different bullet skins you can get! That’s freaking awesome!!! Thanks developers for this game! Just take my feedback into consideration that’s all!!As of April 1st the new update isn’t letting me play the game as soon as I open it it closes the app/game won’t let me open it to play
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/VERY EXPENSIVE GAME

I’ve played this game for more than two years and have been shocked at the extremely tone deaf and stupid customer service management of this game. They have no power with the software developers and so glitches in the game are allowed to sneak through. Customer service is therefore filled with the unintelligent, obtuse, and worse. Glitches include giving special deals and if there are problems then customer service will assume that you wanted to spend lots of money on the game and YOU are wrong to say otherwise so they justify keeping your money instead of returning it. And I’m telling you they try to get you to spend tons of money. Want the latest equipment? Some of that is only available if you spend $99 a month.But even if you love the game, you could spend even $1000 or more a year and still customer service won’t care about you. They would rather keep the $20 they ripped off of you than to refund it. Even if you say I’m not going to spend any more money and I will quit the game and by the way I spent thousands on this game - still customer service would rather keep the $20 and say screw you to you or threaten to just turn off your ability to interact with customer service at all! That threat happened yesterday to me. So don’t think that this is some blast from the past. My review is being written by somebody who loves the game and just can’t abide the thievery promoted by the game and the refusal to honor the very players who make the most money for them. So now y’all now. Run like hell from this game because you will never be honored in it.

Apps like this should not be on the App Store or any store. READ THE PRIVACY POLICY. This game collects your personal information and sells/shares it with other companies. Does PERSONAL mean nothing to these companies? How can a company be allowed to collect my “personal” information and make a profit from it? It’s my information. Where are my royalties for this? Why do I not get 99% of that profit? Even if I wanted to share that information I get nothing for it! Just because our devices connect us all in ways we’ve never been able to before doesn’t mean companies have the right to remove all privacies. If I wanted all your advertising partners to have my “personal” information I would be doing some type of transaction with them and their products. I just wanted to play a cool game and was willing to watch whatever commercials you play to make your money, but not at the expense of letting you sell/share my “personal private” information. Hey Devs, I’ll make a deal with you. You give me your name, email address, Facebook friends list, device MAC address, IP address, geolocation, and the frequency that you use your favorite apps and maybe I’ll consider giving you mine.

I’ve twice had to transfer my profile to new devices. Their tech support is non-existent. This last time I found it impossible to get out of game play to even contact them. I had sunk money and time into it and now I’m embarrassed that I got taken by these cretans. Not sure these reviews actually get read by anyone; but if you are reading this, beware of this game. It’s fun at first then becomes a money pit and the choices and options for player maximization get worse as you go on. They truly screw you into only spending a lot of money to advance in the game. Impossible to level up through play alone. Don’t waste your time unless you plan to spend a great deal of cash. Even then prepare to be frustrated. Wish they would have heard complaints and actually responded or made changes bc they had good graphics and responsive controls. Sad they don’t listen to their customers. They lost me. But my guess is they really don’t care. Either they don’t care about their customers or they have horrible management. Regardless, I’m moving on and suggest to all that you avoid the unavoidable aggravation that comes with this game.
