First, happy to see more competition. Thanks for that. The location service are a bit laggy. I had a HORRIBLE ride with a driver today. I did not rate him immediately, only after another ride did I go to rate. Well, if you don’t rate and take another ride, they get 5/5 stars. Bullocks You go to help to complain, you cannot. You just get a blank screen: the app does not work. I tried multiple times to contact help to complain about the driver - can’t. Rick

Driver can cancel your trip anytime and you still get charged even you didn't take the trip. Horrible customer service. You will never get response from them or get your money back. 100% avoid this app!
