Makes things so easy!

I am so thankful Fort Worth has this app. It has made recycling simple. The search feature is excellent. Every single item that I have searched I have been able to find clear instructions on how to dispose of or recycle it. It includes images and addresses where items can be recycled if they can not go in the bin. I also appreciate the reminders to put out my bins and when bulk trash pick up is.

Good features, could use a better UI

I have been pleasantly surprised at how useful I find this app to be. A little surreal writing a review for a waste disposal app, but it is very informative and has a decent search function to determine how to dispose of your unwanted items. Not unlike this city’s disposal sites, which I also consider to be quite efficient. There have been several items that I wasn’t sure how to dispose of, however checking this app each time it had an answer for me. I’d like to be able to give 5 stars on functionality alone, but I share the opinion of others here that the app could use some UI development. Granted, I doubt the Waste Disposal department has a large budget for app Devs, but I thought well enough of this app to provide this otherwise glowing review. Will be glad to upgrade my rating when a new and improved app is released. All in all, I’m grateful this app exists.

Great app!

I do find myself using this app more than I thought I would. I love the easiness to navigate the app. I would like there to be an option to report if someone throws their trash in my bin. (My neighbor like to throw away non recycling items into my recycle bin) now I find myself taking out just as the trash truck are coming thru.
