Important: PW now ignores spaces in service names to match the Mac and web apps. This changes the generated password for any service name that previously contained spaces. This update also fixes a password-input issue that could affect generated results while editing, makes the special-* copy action work correctly, copies the raw generated password, keeps copied passwords on this device instead of Universal Clipboard, keeps V1 results visible for listed services, and makes Return dismiss the keyboard reliably.

V2 is here! So it's been a while but after several years of testing it's better to just display the 15 character option all the time, a bit like www.pwapp.io. So that's what we've done. Some performance updates as well from upgrading to latest Swift and changing the build process.

Not every site allows 40 character passwords. Sites like Apple have a max length of 15 characters. So now when you type “Apple” or “apple” into the service field PW will give you the option to copy a 15 character password.
