I love the company and the information is excellent, however the app is getting more and more frustrating. I have had to log back in to the app almost every day this week. The reason for the app is to get timely information and not have to log in each time I want to read or check something.Please get the app designers to work this bug out of the system.

Update:App still won’t save log in info and after iOS 12 update the app won’t let me log in. The cursor is on the right side of the text boxes and when I type nothing appears. App appears dead in the water until an update is applied. Original:Love that there is finally an app and access to the subscriptions is easy to access. However, like another reviewer mentioned back in March 2017, the app doesn’t auto size or allow scrolling when accessing any report. That means 20% of what I’m trying to read is off the screen! Please fix. iOS is up to date and on an IPhone 8.
App keeps forgetting settings

I’m an Alliance Member so I’ve spent quite a bit of money with Stansberry. Their subscription information is great but this app is not. Every so often I get logged out and have to log back in which is ok, I understand that. But EVERY time I log back in, all my notifications and favorites are gone. I’ve reported this before and it’s still broken as of Apr 2020. This should not be that hard to fix.

Does not solve the problem which apps are supposed to

I like the work that Stansberry folks do. I was hoping the app would sync seamlessly with my iPhone and give an alert every time there was a new article or trade idea but it does not. Another user has stated login issue - not sure why, once launched, one has to log in frequently. Of late, the app just does not launch despite deleting and reinstalling it. It has a lot of potential but app developers are not realizing it.
