It would be great if I could get some support in English. That is my main issue with this watch. When I bought it, the store was all on English and I did not think I’d have a problem. Very hard to understand what’s going on here. Currently I’m trying to figure out how to get the weather to show on my watch. It says to enter the city but it doesn’t seem to do anything. This watch is starting to grow on me but if you’re selling it to English speaking countries (USA) it would be helpful to have more assistance.

It’s really great for fitness. But, I understand why many people rated it so poorly. Here is a helpful tip: in the manual when it lists the name of the device, the name is most likely wrong. So when you click “bind device” in the app, try every single device it lists except the ones that say TV. You’ll know it’s your device when it confirms with you you want to pair with the smart-band. I was so glad when I finally paired my phone with my smart-band because I was able to fix the time since it was completely wrong. After doing these steps, the smart-band was great for my experience!

I like it but I can tell some of the translations are off, also the instructions need to be more specific also how do the call and messages go away from my device since I opened the message and answered the call why is it still showing idk just needs a little improvement I mean I’m not mad at the smart watch I can see my messages.

I have tried everything that I can think of , read all directions for 3 hours but my watch will not update on my phone app the only correct thing that shows on my app is the date but the correct date isn’t showing on the watch . I have tried to re-sync several times . I have lost hope . Please answere your comments and help us !!
