We were told at the bus station in San Gimignano where we need to catch an early train the only option to get the bus ticket is to download the app and buy ticket from it. Not only the app is slow in loading . The sign up page never worked if you use a non-Italy phone number. I don’t blame the non-skilled developer . I blame the municipal office who made the decision to employ this app which is a nightmare for a tourist . And San Gimignano is one of the most popular tourist town.

Abbiamo anche parecchi utenti con numero straniero regolarmente registrati. Se non arriva l'SMS di conferma, purtroppo potrebbe dipendere dal suo gestore telefonico, che non accetta SMS se provenienti da mittente italiano. Il team TABNET.
Errors in user interface made this unusable on my phone

Right from the opening screen, there are major UI errors in the design and the select language button is hidden on my screen, and I could use the app also once we got it to work on a different phone a lot of the content is not translated into English even if you select English. I am all for supporting public transit, but this app will need a lot more testing to be useful

US Phone Number Issues

Every time we tried to enter our phone number to confirm our account, it would kick us out and make us start the authentication process again. You cannot register unless you receive an authorization text, but we never received one no matter how many times we entered our phone number. Must be a common issue with a US phone number as many other reviewers ran into this problem. Not a great system.

Se non arriva l'SMS di conferma, purtroppo potrebbe dipendere dal gestore telefonico, che non accetta SMS se provenienti da mittente italiano e di cui dall'app non abbiamo alcun controllo, se verra' poi consegnato. It used to work fairly well for buying tickets on the app (I have an Italian phone number). Now it almost never even loads/opens. When it does, it still takes forever to activate a ticket. Now I can’t even do that, and my purchases have disappeared.
