魔王といえば玉座にドンと構え、長い旅で鍛えられた勇者を迎え入れるのが定番なのだが、ここで登場する魔王は・・・
①勇者探知機を使って、強くなる前の低レベルの勇者を狩る→ただし放置しすぎて勇者がレベル99になると死亡確定・・・1000年の眠りに付く（リスタート）
②宝箱に罠を仕掛けたり、最初の城を襲撃したりと、様々な姑息な作戦で勇者一掃を企てる→ただし作戦に失敗すると死亡確定・・・・1000年の眠りに付く（リスタート）
リスタートになってしまっても、一部能力を受け継ぎ、作戦の成功率も上がるのでいわゆる“強くてニューゲーム”で再開します！
