Best SQL Tool EVER!
CraigShaynak
As a database professional with over 30 years in the business, I cannot think of a tool I use more often across multiple database types than SQLPro Studio. The developer is constantly updating this program to include new features based on user feedback and changes in database specs. To be able to view and modify SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres, and SQLLite databases from my Mac has been life-altering and helped me build my client list. The ability to take an entire SQL Server database and convert it to MySQL for a client on short notice made me look like a superhero and got me more work than I can handle! What is more impressive is the developer’s lighting quick response time and his personal help when I email about an issue. I highly recommend this app to anyone from beginners to seasoned pros.
Constantly Updating From User Feedback

This tool has now become indispensable in my workflow. I like having this editor as a separate application because it focuses on one thing really well, databases, and not just one, but many!I've been using various versions for years, and I've been able to make worthwhile popular suggestions to the developer of the application and he's implemented them. Each version he releases is better than the last and well tested without bugs. The price alone is competitive for what it does and all of those free database tools out there are garbage because they don't do all that this does in one package.
Almost perfect!

I don't like that I can't see the database name on the connect home screen where it lists all my databases. It's easy enough to change the database in the query editor but if I want to see the schema for a different database on the server I have to go back to the connect screen and make a new connection to the same server but in a different database. I also wish my home and end keys went to the beginning and end of the line not the whole editor window. Also the page up/down just moves the view and not the cursor.

As a grad student pursuing my Master's in Information Systems and now working on a Master's in Data Science and Engineering, I can't overstate how valuable SQLPro Studio has been. This app has been my go-to for all database-related coursework and projects. What I love most:*Intuitive interface that doesn't sacrifice functionality*Supports multiple database types (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)*Excellent query editor with syntax highlighting and auto-completeThe education pricing is a huge plus. It shows Hankinsoft really gets the student struggle - quality tools without breaking the bank. This pricing has made it possible for me to use a pro-level tool throughout my studies.Overall, SQLPro Studio has been indispensable in my academic journey. Whether you're just starting out or deep into advanced database concepts, this tool grows with you. Highly recommended for any student working with databases!

- Results grid: new selection summary showing count, sum, average, min, max, median and mode (toggle with the sigma button)
- Results grid: "Select column" in the header menu (or Cmd-click a header), a choice of copy separator and header format, and "Copy nulls as blank string"
