Various bug fixes

Update: The play balance in the 'Keep the Supplies Going' mission. Update: Some German transport vehicles to Sd.Kfz 7's.

Change: Some improvements to the main map display. Change: The bonus 'Assault' Campaign is now available to all players without requiring an email registration. Fix: Some terrain was not providing cover against shooting, as per the terrain effects chart. Fix: Some woodland hexes were incorrectly allowing units to pass through them in a single movement action. Fix: The campaign names did not always display correctly in the campaign victory display.

Fix: Removed the turn limit from the 'Behind Enemy Lines' mission as this had been added in error to the mission in the last update.

Add: Support for the Metal graphics system on all Apple devices, improving graphics performance. Add: Weapon animations. Change: Reduction in the download size. Change: Improved: computer player A.I. Change: Game balance of the 'Supply and Demand' scenario. Fix: Some side assignment issues n the Bastogne Campaign. Fix: Some projectile animations not displaying. Fix: Some screen layout issues. Fix: Missing some mount/dismount buttons.

Fix: A notification error in Tutorial Scenario 1.

Fix: Some line of sight issues from high hill hexes across lower hill hexes. Change: Improved map zoom. Change: Faster A.I. execution during larger missions.

Fix: Artillery can no longer cross fences. Change: Minor UI changes. Change: Some gameplay balance fixes.

Fix: A major update to the game AI. Ranged units that were far from enemy units are now more responsive. Fix: Prevent deselection of units that can morph before their end of turn.

Fix: An issue with some particle effects. During extended play sessions some animations only appeared as black boxes.
