2001年，王霁先生创办北京艾美迪科技股份有限公司，并带领团队独立开发海纳医学APP。海纳医学源起于公司线下17年的医生继续教育培训，并由此积累了大量国际专业的医疗行业资源，与美国耶鲁大学、约翰·霍普金斯大学、杜克大学、梅奥诊所、北卡州立大学、欧洲肿瘤基金会、欧洲泌尿外科协会、欧洲核医学学会等医学机构建立良好的战略合作伙伴关系和项目协议关系。
在过去17年的线下培训项目过程中，我们发现许多国际化专业医学继续教育项目不能很好地在中国国内传播，中国医院院长、医生、护理管理等医疗人员由于资金、时间、语言和网络的原因无法及时接受到国际先进、及时的医学专业领域的讯息。
海纳医学搭乘中国“互联网+”政策和移动4G时代的顺风车，及时为国内广大医院院长、医生、药师及护理管理等医疗人员提供大量国际化的继续教育（CME）课程、文献和资讯。
