This app allows you to easily setup a daily prayer schedule. The intent of the app is to help you begin a habit of daily prayer. Start by setting the notification schedule to pray once or twice a day. You can then gradually adjust the notification schedule until you are beginning every hour of your work day with a 60 second prayer. Or adjust the schedule to your needs. During each 60 second prayer time, you are stepped through the Psalms - "The Prayer Book of the Bible". The text is from the World English Bible translation which is a public domain (no copyright) Modern English translation of the Holy Bible.

Very Disappointed, Not Helpful!

Very disappointed. App only allows one set of time settings. I cannot set different times for say prayer time on weekdays and prayer time on weekends. Cannot go from one Psalm to another until the app "reads" thru. It shows one word at a time of that Psalm and no verse number. No apparent way to adjust the speed of the words. Too many problems to make this app worth anything. Sorry I spent money on it. One star was too many.
