My Health Records app powered by PrognoCIS™ gives you access to your Health Records as available on the Patient Portal. It allows you to view your ambulatory summary details, prescription details, Allergies, Immunization record, upcoming and scheduled Health Reminders, Laboratory and Radiology results. It also allows you to view your Billing Statements payable to the clinic, to receive patient receipts thus keeping you informed about your latest transaction updates, including your last payment details.

This is probably the worst app I have ever used, and that’s unfortunate considering it’s the only way I can access some of my medical records. I actually DO have my clinic ID, but every time I try to log in I get a “network error.” The developers of this app need to get it together and over a year of choosing not to acknowledge a known error is unacceptable.
