Experienced serious technical issues

I’ve been experiencing serious technical issues lately due to recent update on EF platform. I can’t login or enter my classroom on the app or on the web page every now and then. I’m even a enterprise user. I’m a developer personally. I can’t believe they provide such a terrible service. The dev team seems don’t know what they’re doing.I give two stars only because I try to keep up appearances and appreciate online teachers’ effort.
Poor performance

Since this application is in fact a web wrapper, it has serious performance issues when used. Drains battery too fast, your phone gets hot very quickly and noticeable lagging can be seen when recording voice responses.

As of a couple weeks ago I’m no longer able to login to the app. The message claims the problem is being tracked and to try again. There has been no resolution.
