Triller is a decent app it could use some updates such as… -more filters -a “tutorial” when you first download the app to show you your way around Triller -that not every ten or so clips it tells “Sign Up or Sign In Now!” which gets extremely frustrating over time -there should also be a “kids mode” for kids under the age of 12. -certainly there are other issues that I forgot Overall though, Triller is a good social media app even though it may have its flaws. I like using Triller a lot more than TikTok but TikTok has more filters than Triller. Triller should also state that a video/clip/short has explicit language. Other than that this app is one of the best social media apps I’ve ever tried. So I give it 4/5 if the app improves I will give it 5 stars.EDIT: I am extremely thankful for the response from Triller’s Team but I will downgrade my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because of all the “stripper” content that I have seen. It is also extremely stupid to not have something that states shows explicit images/video topic being inappropriate or explicit language. I hope that something to warn viewers before they watch the video will come soon. (If you do add it please don’t make it a pop-up or just add a “Safe Search” sort of thing to filter through inappropriate clips/shorts so each user can decide even if they don’t have a account)

To begin with, yes, I did learn about this app through H3, however I am not a fan and find Ethan to be overrated. I came after seeing coverage on the Phillip Defranco show and wanting to give the app a fair try. 10 minutes into my experience and I’m finding this to be too much like tik tok, but without the curation abilities. I will swipe through 10 dancing videos trying to find some comedy, and what do I get? 10 more dancing videos. And when I finally do find something I like and give it a like, do I get more? No. I’m forced to filter through more dancing videos. Maybe it’s just the user difference, but I feel like there are funny users on here that maybe can’t get attention because of the app settings. I plan to give it more time and see if the algorithm can adjust to my liking, but so far this is such a waste of time when Tik Tok exists and has any content your heart desires. Also, looking into the CEO just based on the DeFranco video, he doesn’t seem like the greatest guy. I’ve seen a lot of the H3 talk, but outside of that and prior to it, he seems to have a scummy history and working with Jake Paul doesn’t help that. Just my opinion, but I think there’s better uses of your time. I will give props to the few creators I’ve found that made me laugh, I hope y’all are able to flourish despite this app and I will keep an eye for more content.

This is the first app store review that I have ever posted, but I felt as though I had to. I was super disappointed in this app. it’s very awkward to use. I am sure it isn’t easy to develop a video sharing app of any magnitude at all, but I can’t see this catching on, because it’s glitchy and i get the sense that anyone of value to watch is being paid to post content. With that being said, I am also floored by this company’s terrible business practices, which came to my attention shortly after downloading the app. I went to research whether other people shared the sentiment that it was absolutely terrible, and I was appalled by everything that came up. I can honestly say that any company that touts a cofounder with multiple DUI’s who used his daddy’s money to start multiple failing businesses isn’t worth a download. Especially when you consider this in conjuncture with the absolutely insane witch hunt that Triller is conducting in trying to sue a company over a copyright infringement. This is obviously spurious and unnecessary, and all seems to be an attempt to fudge the numbers because the company is failing and wants to justify why they are hemorrhaging money on events that no one wants to watch and an app that no one likes to use. Save yourself the time and don’t download this app. In fact, I literally have never watched the H3 podcast before but if they need money for their lawsuit I will donate because this is so blatantly corrupt and absolutely outrageous.

all the videos i saw on my main page were sponsored videos. nothing entertaining to see on there at all. every video was just pushing a product in my face. also all the people whose videos were on that main page were verified whether they had 1k or 100k followers 5 or 20 videos so what’s the criteria? and most videos posted by them, again, were sponsored ones. i don’t even understand how any company would pay for a sponsorship on this platform it is so dead. verified account with over 100k had minimal content interactions maybe MAYBE 1k likes and under 100 comments. the all sponsored content was what i hated second most. anyway why can’t you exit a screen by swiping like every other app and you have to reach the exit icon at the top corner. what if i had small hands or only one hand. or one small hand. or just wanna sit and be entertained while holding your phone on one hand trying to reach that icon with that hand you risk your phone falling on your face. cant imagine how many people have been hurt by your app mr. ryan kavanaugh however u spell it the dude that looks like harvey weinstein. all those ppl on top of the many others you’ve scammed ? according to your lawsuits and variety who published an article about how your ex partner accused you of running a ponzi scheme. also knowing that the person that runs triller has done awful stuff i also can’t scroll comfortably even if i was ignorant to all his wrong doings the main page is just a page of ads/sponsorships it is a dead wasteland. and my biggest issue,,the thing i hate most about this app? it’s flipped.
