Yes ladies and gentlemen it is the end of the year and this application has decided to stop uploading my receipts. Therefore I am forced to download a different application to upload the receipts that this glitching mess cannot. There is no customer service because the contact us button is not working. If you want to complicate your life, please download this application. Also, their official webpage is shameful and you also cannot contact any real person via the website.

Really am liking this app and how much more convenient it is then saving receipts and manually tracking mileage. I wish you could adjust the mileage rates however, that would really make this app 5 stars in my book!

5 stars on its way then :) You can configure your own mileage rate from the web app app.jenji.io. Go to Company settings > Expense policy > Mileage rates. Select the option "Configure a fixed rate".
