Wish the negative amounts would be in red so you Quick Look to see what is taken away and which are money into the accounts. Bring back bill pay like it was so you can see what’s pending so you k ow which bills have been sent out.

Not only could I not update any contact information in the app, but I can’t even get the bank itself to correctly update my information. What is even the point of “offering” customer service support in the app if it’s 100% ineffective and more than half the time a customer service rep isnt even available to help nor do they respond to message requests made within the app messaging if you are fortunate to be able to log in. What is the point of customers even filling out Docusign to update info if they aren’t going to process it. Do yourselves a favor and close your account to bank with a credit Union that actually offers amenities from this century and isnt a million years behind on everything everywhere else is capable to doing a million times better

I wish we had a way to manage cards within this app instead of having to use a separate app like we currently do. The card app never works for me, it always gets stuck on the loading page. This app would get five stars if they could just incorporate the two into one.
