The UI is just buggy and weird. It's impossible to tell what you can click on and what you cannot. Things that seem like something you should be able to click on, such as your account name, are not links. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it, but there seems to be no way to actually change it. This leaves you to reset your password before/during every game. There are icons under player pick such as "stadium rank" that have no explanation (another thing that you would think you could click on). Basically, this app is still buggy and is clearly missing major aspects of a successful app. Add some instructions and make it clear what's happening.

There are separate apps for Ticketmaster, Climate Pledge, and the Seattle Storm. When you get tickets, one app will direct to another one and it is always an act of god to access them. Tickets come with free transit, but this is also nearly impossible to access even if you have jumped through the hoops to figure it out in the past. Please make it easier to just use the tickets that have been purchased!

New update seems to have removed the ‘choose the player’ game. I had over 30k points and was ranked in the top 30 all-time. New app looks a bit flashier, but is completely useless.

I guess the main purpose of this app is to play during the game. I forgot my password. There is a reset but no account or profile management where you can change the password. When in the app you still sign in separately to your storm account, wnba or just about anything else you'll might want to do. I'm not seeing the purpose. This app needs a lot of work and fine tunning.
