The Planbition Employee Self Service (ESS) App is available to all Planbition customers, giving scheduled employees an up-to-date overview of their roster.
The following features are supported:
- View your schedule
- Confirm schedule changes
- Submit (leave) requests
- Shift swaps
- Time registration
Note: some features may not be visible, depending on how Planbition is configured for your organisation.

Publish on person level — next shift & confirm
Unpublished shifts are no longer visible or confirmable in the app. If the next official shift is unpublished, the dashboard block won't appear.
Message center — full inbox
New push messages now always appear in your inbox, even with many unread messages waiting.
Filled plan push messages
When a shift is fully staffed, the YES/NO buttons are replaced with a friendly informational message.
