【IFThenNoteとはどんなアプリ？】
if-thenメソッドに基づいて習慣化をサポートするアプリです。
if-thenルールを一覧化し、見返すことで習慣化したいことを忘れないとともに、モチベーション向上に繋がります。
勉強・運動など様々な習慣化にぜひ利用してください。
【if-thenメソッドとは】
もし(if)〇〇なら(then)△△するといったように、自分が日頃行っていることをトリガーとして、習慣化したいことを組み込む習慣化の手法です。
例:もしお菓子を食べたいならプロテインを飲む
【使い方】
If-thenメソッドに基づいて作成したルールをすぐに見返すことができます。
追加ボタンからルールを追加していきましょう。
習慣化できたルールは、項目を左にスワイプすることで削除できます。
