Sign in with your existing IllyVoIP account or create one in the app, then use the tools available for your plan and permissions. PREPAID TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES • Add prepaid balance using the supported payment methods available for your account • Use your balance for metered calls to external mobile and landline telephone networks • The person you call does not need IllyVoIP, an internet connection or a smartphone BUSINESS CALLING • Place and receive calls • Use hold, transfer, keypad, speaker and audio-route controls • Manage SIP lines and supported audio encryption options • Review recent, missed and recorded calls MESSAGING AND CONTACTS • Send SMS and follow message status and history • Manage contacts, companies and contact groups • Import device contacts when you choose to grant access PHONE NUMBERS AND INBOUND • Search, order and configure business phone numbers • Set destinations and inbound routing • Submit number-porting and regulatory information when required • Manage queues, agents and voicemail CONTACT CENTER • Work with customer context in the agent workspace • Create and manage autodialer campaigns • Build and manage AI voice agents and call flows • Monitor live calls, queues and agent presence ANALYTICS AND ACCOUNT • Review call history, recordings and performance reports • View summaries by phone number and agent • Check balances, invoices, payments and ledger activity • Manage account security, two-factor authentication, fraud controls, integrations and API access • Create and follow support tickets Some services, destinations and features require account approval, verification, sufficient balance, a compatible plan or assigned permissions.
