Essential Tool in my Networking Toolkit!
kampsman
iNet has become one of the first applications I open whenever I’m troubleshooting a network. Whether I’m at work, helping family, or diagnosing an unfamiliar network, it quickly discovers every device on the LAN, identifies new devices, and makes it easy to see what’s actually connected. The port scanning and service detection features are invaluable for identifying what devices are doing and verifying configurations without needing to jump between multiple tools. It’s fast, reliable, and presents the information in a clean, intuitive interface that’s easy to navigate. As an IT professional, this has earned a permanent place in my networking toolkit. The developer has also continued to improve the app over the years, which is becoming increasingly rare. Highly recommended for anyone who manages or troubleshoots networks.
Intuitive and Useful networking app
gmorin
This app is very well done. Simple and straightforward interface is intuitive and discoverable, some of the top Mac UI traits that sadly have been forgotten in many other apps. Every network admin needs this in their tool belt of utilities, makes it very easy to sniff out network related issues (like multiple devices with the same IP) or simply creating a quick map of all network devices so you can see if something is working or not and/or discover a management interface for some devices that may not have been obvious. Also VERY useful if you are using DHCP and need to access some device but have no idea what it's IP is.
Purchased Years Ago

I purchased this app (along with iOS version) many years ago. It is my go to app to find the devices on my network. It's also a great tool when you are on a public network to get an idea of who you are sharing your connection with. The app itself is well laid out and works great but the best part is that the developer keeps updating the app after all of these years!
So useful!
JMP95370
I've used iNet for several years whenever I've had network issues. Today, iNet helped me identify and fix a solar array controller that had lost the plot as far as connecting to our LAN via wifi. It's been over 105°F here for several days, and will be for at least ten more days, having the solar controller talking properly means we can run our air conditioning without drawing from the grid. iNet made the diagnosis easy.
