• Guided Breathing
The synergy between binaural beats and guided breathing amplifies the benefits of both techniques, leading to deeper relaxation, sharper focus, and more restful sleep.
The pattern is selected based on the session category, and you have the option to choose the number of cycles.
Subscription terms:
An unlimited trial is given without any signup requirements that allows you to play selected sessions and explore the app.
An auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription is offered to provide you with full access to the sessions and ability to create your own while you maintain an active subscription.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.

• The Noise Mixer now supports loading different noise types per section, with new options: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, and Blue.
