Additionally, the app has undergone a comprehensive redesign, including a fresh new look and improved navigation. The session list now includes indicators for each session’s frequency zones and whether it contains affirmations. You can quickly access session categories using icon buttons. The save button incorporates an animated border to signify any unsaved changes, and an animation confirms the successful saving of a session.
