The Iperius Remote apps allow remote desktop in both directions. You can remotely control an iPhone or iPad. Controlling your phone remotely is super easy, and you can even take screenshots or record your screen by saving a video file. The App also allows you to connect in remote desktop to Windows or MAC.

Indian scam
DEFINITELY a scam, the guy I was speaking with over the phone asked me to download this app on my phone when calling to get help signing into my Microsoft account on my XBOX and when I tried to click on the app to at least see what the app is about I saw the one star review and I already thought that was weird, he rushed me faster and said cmon mam I really need you to open up this app and then I should be able to see everything on your phone when I simply needed something done for my Xbox account… he then got super aggressive when I tried to read over the terms before accepting the check box to let them view your phone, and then this creepy figure that didn’t even look no where near human pops up with these red eyes piercing at you. This is definitely not Microsoft and I don’t know how they haven’t been taken down yet, DELETE THIS APPPPP!!!!!

Scam!!!Iperius remote was used by a scammer.
I googled a phone number for Apple support. And ended up getting a scammer who told me to load this app to my phone. They were able to get all of my banking information and access my money. Do not download this app unless you have a trusted source.
😡😡😡😡😡Enables scammers.
There should not be an app like this that enables anyone to access your phone or desktop. If a legitimate business needs that ability, it should be built into their app. I had a similar experience but caught the scammer before I divulged any information.
