DEFINITELY a scam, the guy I was speaking with over the phone asked me to download this app on my phone when calling to get help signing into my Microsoft account on my XBOX and when I tried to click on the app to at least see what the app is about I saw the one star review and I already thought that was weird, he rushed me faster and said cmon mam I really need you to open up this app and then I should be able to see everything on your phone when I simply needed something done for my Xbox account… he then got super aggressive when I tried to read over the terms before accepting the check box to let them view your phone, and then this creepy figure that didn’t even look no where near human pops up with these red eyes piercing at you. This is definitely not Microsoft and I don’t know how they haven’t been taken down yet, DELETE THIS APPPPP!!!!!

I called Microsoft help for a virus on my laptop and the Indian man on the phone with me not being racist, he didn’t know how to work the app and made me keep exiting and going in again but it wasn’t working he tried getting me to screen record my phone and I didn’t allow that. It was for safety according to him. I deleted the app and hung the phone app because I don’t need this app the virus on my laptop is gone but do not need this app. It gives u new id and password everytime you exit out.. it seems sketchy and won’t let you use it unless you screen record ur phone!! Goodbye!!!! Jesus loves you and wants to have a relationship with you, he is the only way to heaven!!!

100% percent do not download and do not listen to the developer. The developer should be in jail and I am actively working with the police. They mirror your phone and get all your apps and info. Please please please do not get this and report the developer. These reviews are real nothing saying it’s ok even the developer is lying to you. There is a reason the icon is an evil transformer face. That’s the only way I can describe those evil eyes. This is not a joke I am working with apple at the same time to get this app removed from the store. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOWNLOADING THIS….please for you and your families safety do not do it.
