(( Do not )) download this app. I googled customer support for YouTubeTv. They have been double charging me since January. I call the number on the website and the guy from Nigeria ( ((had a cybersecurity expert find him)) He use my phone to move all my money in my Green Dot (won’t reverse the charges) and move it all to my cash app he bought $600 in bitcoin and immediately withdrew it from bitcoin. He then seen that I had $200 on over draft protection so he bought a $200 gift card to target. He then took the money from my ApplePay and bought another $100 gift card to target. I called the bank and they said they could see the charges pending but would not stop it. They said I had to wait 10 days. I’m going to file a complaint with the federal trade commission on Green Dot, cashapp, and PayPal . In all he got $1,100 from me. I’m disabled and have almost another month left before I get paid. This is not safe. Please do not download this app. I also joined a class action lawsuit against Green Dot money bank.

Hello, no matter what whether it’s Etsy in my case, but Instagram, Facebook and other platforms when you call a “number” from a website and this number I called was located on a support group. I do not care what this developer is saying. This is a complete scam in every single way. I called to get help with my account log in, a person answered with an accent (that not being an issue) and he said to download this app. I wondered why and even pointed out the horrible reviews of scams on this app below. He said “just go ahead.” And I played along. Then it pops up as a way to have “them” log in remotely to your device. Then the flags were up. He wanted me to “broadcast” this app on my device and then start to remove al security settings on my device. That’s were it ended. I called the Apple App Store and filed an official complaint. I also notified the FCC where my brother works in cybersecurity. Never ever use this app. I don’t care what the developer claims. It is a complete SCAM ****

I called this number thinking it was the Instagram support line because I was desperate to talk to someone from Instagram support. Again, the accent should have been a big red flag for me. He made me screen broadcast my screen and claimed it could only see the activity, not the screen even though the app clearly stated otherwise. He kept harassing me to go on my bank account info and then proceeded to connect me with his “senior manager.” I told this person on the phone that this was a scam and he said “how dare you talk to me that way, you need to go on cashapp.” And I was like cashapp? For what??? Then he said “well if you don’t then you’ll never get your Instagram account back and you will never be able to create another one with your device.” I hung up and blocked the number. Please don’t call these people and if they ask you to download this app, HANG UP!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
