交租易 - JoeCalculator 此軟件專為租住套房單位的租客而設，總數5頁，分別為主頁計算表、交租提示、讀數記錄、費用設定及租屋易。 主頁計算表：租客每月只需分別輸入水電錶的相差讀數便能清楚計算該月所用的水電費用，也可一同計算租金及水電費用的總和，節省計算的時間，租客也可利用右下角空格標記有關單位的地址及入數資料。 交租提示 ：租客可於此頁輸入每月交租的日期，系統會於當日發出公告提醒租客繳交該月的租金，提醒平日工作繁忙的租客能夠準時及順利交租。 讀數記錄：租客每月於主頁計算表中得知水電費用後，系統會詢問租客儲存有關水電錶的有關讀數，此頁記錄每月租客抄下的水電錶讀數，留下記錄供租客及業主參考。 費用設定：租客在主頁計算表中運作前需於此頁輸入水費及電費的每度收費，由於水電費的單位可隨意更改，租客可根據租用該單位的業主或代理人提供水電的每度收費計算，從而計算出正確的水電費用。 租屋易：只頁附有交租易作者開放的租屋易JOE，專營深水埗太子長沙灣套房及全層租盤，網頁每天更新並附有實盤單位的資料、相片及實景短片，令租客可更方便了解租盤的資料。
