Turn paper pages, screenshots, and PDFs into a private library you can search, sync, and keep organized.
Stop losing handwritten pages in Photos, screenshots in chats, and PDFs in random folders.
Journal Mate gives paper journals, receipts, screenshots, and saved documents one clean place to live, so you can find what you need later without digging through albums, apps, and messengers.
Capture and organize your library your way:
• Scan paper pages on the go
• Import photos, screenshots, and PDFs from other apps
• Group pages into journals you can search, pin, archive, and revisit fast
When your library grows, Journal Mate helps you stay in control:
• Search journals by title and notes
• Keep favorites close and move older journals to Archive
• Share pages or whole journals as JPG, PNG, or PDF
• Sync your library through iCloud across your Apple devices
• Export a backup when you want an extra layer of safety
Journal Mate is private by default. Your library stays tied to your device and iCloud account, and the app does not rely on third-party tracking.
Journal Mate Pro unlocks unlimited journals and pages, photo editing, Apple Intelligence metadata tools, and premium widgets. On supported devices, Pro can suggest titles, summaries, and tags from your saved pages.
Whether you are saving handwritten notebooks, family keepsakes, receipts, study notes, or screenshots worth keeping, Journal Mate helps you keep everything together and easy to find.

This is a great app for keeping and organizing my screen shots, random docs, and scanned receipts. Clean UI and easy to use. No data collected and totally free 🤯Hoping the dev will add tagging ! 🤞🤞 That would really make this 💯perfect!
Developer Response
Many thanks for your review! I'm glad you like the app!As for tags. Yes of course I considered implementing that feature (something like in Things or Apple Notes). But what I noticed is simple search (on journal title and its note) worked more than enough and I always was able to find journals I was looking for. At this moment you may try to name journals more descriptively + put extra words as tags to journal notes and see how it goes for you in your daily usage. Please feel free to share your further feedback on my email (Settings > Write to Developer)
