SAGA • When an element fades from your active deck (signal slipped below the tracking threshold), Saga now narrates the disappearance in a new chapter ("Faded: {element name}") so you can see WHY the element list shrank instead of silently noticing. NARRATIVE QUALITY (backend) • Three new narrative-truth gates running on every Sonnet generation: - DIRECTION_RESPECTS_SIGN — rejects narratives that pair rise-with-rise on a negative-correlation element (or vice versa). - METRIC_SEMANTIC_GROUNDED — air temperature can't be called core body temperature; humidity can't be called sweat; pressure can't be called blood pressure. - TEMPORAL_CLAIM_VERIFIED — temporal claims ("before instruments do", "anticipates", "leads by hours") require a verified ≥2-hour lead-lag in the underlying data.

Some weaker correlations have been cleaned up — your established patterns (heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts, weather) are exactly where you left them, more reliable than ever. Your solar pattern. Your body runs on a daily rhythm tied to the sun. v1.4.3 learns *your* shape — what your HRV looks like at dawn, at midday, at dusk, and overnight — by reading up to 90 days of your Apple Health history on first launch. After that, every prediction rides on top of this personal floor for sharper, more honest forecasts. The first launch shows a "Bootstrapping prediction baselines" screen for 2–5 minutes; it's all on-device math, and the same screen can be re-triggered from Settings → Predictions if you want to refresh the baselines. Honest scoring. Each Element now shows a Keld Score broken into five sub-scores — prediction accuracy, correlation strength, sample depth, stability, recency — on a radar pentagon, with proto-Phoenician letters marking each axis. The Element gallery now correctly distinguishes patterns we can validate against your own readings from those we can't yet, so you no longer see contradictory "0% accuracy" combined with a high overall score. Better video stories. Show My Saga now closes every video with a stats card summarizing your Element's age, sample count, and prediction strength — even when there's no live forecast for that metric. Event-driven elements (running, stairs, mindful) get a dedicated "Next Predicted" beat showing the predicted value, predicted time, and the prediction-strength chip. Pulse improvements. Pulse gets a Modes Constellation — a sister radar to the Keld Score that shows your prediction accuracy across the five modes at a glance. New "Daily Patterns" section visualizes your personal baseline curve for HRV, resting heart rate, body temperature, and other circadian metrics across five solar segments of the day. Several stability fixes. Pipeline reload after manual refresh, so dashboard changes show immediately. Edge cases in the recency math from Apple Watch sync clock skew are caught and clamped. Opacity fixes on the Element cards. Layout fixes on Show My Saga so the "Show My Saga" button always responds. A new internal math-audit system catches hidden score bugs in telemetry before users notice them.

Pulse, polished. • Pulse just got faster and easier to read. New trend graphs on Elements, Constellations, and Metrics show how your collection is growing at a glance. • Your most-defining constellation now shows its real sigil image, not a placeholder, so the page feels like the rest of Keld. • Baselines Shifting and Patterns Clarifying both now have small live trend graphs, so you can see the shape of each metric's drift right next to the words. • The Saga teaser at the bottom of Pulse pulls a real excerpt from your latest reading. Tap to drop straight into the long-form text. • Saga is also back in the bottom nav as its own tab — Pulse · Saga · Helm · Galaxy · Settings. • The location data Keld captures in the background now flows correctly to the dashboard. Earlier versions weren't always reporting your location coverage; this build fixes it. • Quieter under the hood: faster screen response after a long pause, more reliable background updates, and several small fixes around how elements with the same name are deduped.

A new home for Keld. • Meet Pulse — your new landing page. A Signal Strength gauge shows how clearly Keld is reading your patterns, with your counts and your most-defining constellation front and center. • Baselines Shifting — a new section quietly surfaces which of your metrics have moved meaningfully over the last two weeks compared to the two weeks before. No good/bad judgments, just direction awareness. "Shifting toward longer sleep." "Resting heart rate easing lower." "Walking steadier." • New bottom tab bar — Pulse, Helm, Galaxy, Settings. Cleaner and closer to your thumb. • Saga is still there — tap "Read your Saga" at the bottom of Pulse to open your long-form reading exactly as before.

Keld now tells you how real a pattern is with a lot more honesty. Element confidence now leans on prediction accuracy — a pattern that correlates but doesn't reliably predict the future drops in rank. Every newly discovered element ramps up over its first 30 days with a visible maturity ring on its detail page, so Keld doesn't claim an established pattern before it has lived through a full natural cycle of its environmental driver. The metric detail pages also get smarter stability labels: alongside Steady and Drifting, predictable oscillations are now labeled Rhythmic (a positive signal), and the old "Volatile" state is now Turbulent.

Show My Saga has been completely rebuilt. Pick any element or constellation and tap Generate to get a 30-second hero video — opens with an electric constellation mesh in your domain colors, holds your sigil inside an ornate gold card, lays the haiku as readable hero type, plays a chart payoff with a breathing border and racing comets, and closes with a new Predictions beat showing your forecast for the next 24 hours: bars for 3h / 6h / 12h / 24h, a confidence ring, and what's driving the change. Family Sharing is now properly detected — if you got Keld+ via a family member's plan, your subscription is recognized correctly. A 16:9 landscape variant of every video also saves to your Photos library after you share.

Subscription reliability release. • Fixed a rare timing issue where a fresh Keld+ subscription could briefly report as unpaid right after the Apple purchase sheet dismissed. StoreKit's local cache occasionally lagged behind Apple's confirmation, which our app now handles correctly by trusting the purchase data directly from Apple's response instead of re-querying. • Added automatic retry when verifying an active subscription. If the first check returns empty but we've seen an active sub before, the app now retries with backoff before downgrading — protects against cold-launch propagation races after a purchase. • Existing paying subscribers whose subscription state hadn't fully reconciled will self-heal on first launch of this build.

v1.3.11 focuses on subscription accuracy and a cleaner reveal of your element archetypes. • Accurate subscription status. The app now reports your real Apple subscription identity and expiration to our servers on every open, so your Keld+ membership is reflected correctly in the app and in our analytics. If you're in a 7-day free trial, the app knows. • Element archetypes honor admin curation. When our team tags an element — for example moving one from Deep Signal to Known Signal, or renaming it for clarity — the change now reaches your device reliably the next time you sync. • "Sync Now" is a true full refresh. The Settings → Sync Now button now bypasses the background throttle, so manual syncs pull every override the backend has for your elements. • Stability polish. Internal fixes to how the app reads StoreKit 2 fields on iOS 26, so your purchase and trial state are captured first time instead of stalling on app open. This release is an internal-plumbing upgrade — no new screens, but the foundations under your archetypes and subscription are more honest.

Version 1.3.7 • Haikus are back in your Saga videos and element shares. A backend gremlin was silently eating them — now every card gets its poem, every time. • Smoother navigation: squashed two separate freezes — one from animated sigils piling up as you browsed element pages, another from a stray background refresh.
