Hi I love your app and believe the app and can rise to the levels of Uber as everyone will be using it as a data-side hustle.Firstly - I would say obviously the user rate must be high but the app is lagging from time to time.Also the referral program should lowkey be more rewarding - % a percentage on the first payout (assuming users just test) will normally be low but I think a 10% on all people you refer payouts (maybe first 10) would be better.Also I would say it needs to be more specific on what content you want us to upload - I know you have a special tasks section but for general content what do you want. High quality photos? Anything like what photos?Anyway I hope you see this and the team is genuinely producing generational content.

I tried to verify myself again but your app still refuses your apps verification system is very bad friends and family tried nothing you won’t fix the problem it’s very frustrating because doesn’t function well you won’t fix it just please fix the verification we use our id and passport get passed that part but the picture is always the problem you won’t ever fix thank you for listening

Thank you for the constructive feedback. Face verification can be sensitive to differences in lighting, angle, expression, and appearance changes from the ID photo. Tips that often help capture the selfie in well-lit conditions with a neutral expression and a similar angle to the ID photo, avoiding glasses, hats, or filters not present on the ID. Verification is also automatically rejected for previously banned or duplicate accounts. The 72-hour cooldown is a system safeguard between attempts. If repeated retries continue to fail, please email support@kled.ai

Don’t waste your time, I took 1500 photos and still somehow only got one dollar(horrible math btw)

According to Kled, you are paid out exactly one dollar per 100 photos. I’ve accumulated over 1500 for the past 2 weeks and just today, I only earned one dollar for 1500. If you do the math, 1500 post would exactly equal 15 bucks because of100x15. not only do you not get the amount that you grinded for, but they claim to pay you out within 4; however, this payout took almost 2 weeks in an half, literally for it just to be devalued and limited to only a dollar. Moreover, I acknowledge that they have task that can pay you extra, but it seems a bit unfair to me, or others, that have sent more than 100 photos and still only count for exactly one dollar. That doesn’t seem very logical or worth it to me.

Payouts are not calculated at a fixed rate of $1 per 100 photos earnings depend on content value (uniqueness, diversity, quality, current buyer demand) rather than upload count, so 1500 photos does not scale linearly to $15. Payouts typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once the 100-item threshold is met 2 weeks is beyond that window. Please email support@kled.ai with your account details for individual review. Payouts always vary based on data quality and current buyer demand.

Even if you see the bar going up to the PEAK of PAYOUT AMOUNT, in the end you will be very disappointed when you see that $1.00 payout. Trust! Even with the new updated system where they have even more categories you can choose from to upload pics, videos, and documents. Now if you enjoy feeling a sense of accomplishment for finishing something then I guess the app is for you. Taking random pictures of stuff, this app is for you. If you are trying to feed your family, I strongly recommend you go and spend time looking for a job instead of wasting it on this app. Thank you.
