Krokito
Learn to draw step by step
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
An animated pencil shows the way, a friendly voice guides, and your child draws on real paper. 40 lessons, 8 languages, no ads and no subscriptions.
Meet Krokito — a cheerful pencil who shows children that every beautiful drawing starts with one simple line.
Krokito works differently from typical drawing apps. An animated pencil draws on the screen step by step while a friendly voice explains what is taking shape and what to look at. Your child doesn't trace with a finger on glass — they watch, listen, and draw with their own hand on real paper. That builds observation skills, a confident hand, and imagination — and every drawing is truly theirs, ready for the fridge door.
Every lesson leads from simple shapes to a finished picture: big helper circles and ovals first, then the outline, then the details. You can pause the animation at any moment, go back, or replay a step — at the child's pace, not the app's.
Who is it for? Children aged 4 and up who love to draw — or are about to discover that they can. No reading required: voice and picture guide everything, so little ones can use it on their own.
What's inside:
— 40 lessons in 4 categories: animals, faces, landscapes, and objects
— a warm-up before drawing: easy exercises with lines, circles, and loops
— voice narration in 8 languages: English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch
— a drawing journal: keep photos of your child's artwork and track their progress
A fair deal for parents:
— 14 lessons completely free; unlock everything with one small one-time purchase — no subscriptions, no hidden fees
— zero ads, zero accounts, zero tracking
— works fully offline: on a plane, on a trip, at grandma's
— purchases and settings are tucked away behind a parent gate
Grab paper and crayons — Krokito is already sharpening his pencil. The first line is waiting!
