KyediX is a patient-managed medication reconciliation app. It helps patients and caregivers keep one current medication list, understand what changed after a visit, and bring a clearer medication story to the next appointment.
With KyediX, you can:

• Review a timeline of medications started, changed, put on hold, or stopped, including dates, reasons, and who made the change
• Organize daily and non-daily medication schedules
• Receive dose and refill reminders, and record doses as taken or skipped
• Add medications manually, take a photo of a bottle, choose an existing photo, or import visit documents
• Prepare for appointments and keep visit notes
• Share access with a trusted caregiver
• Review educational medication and interaction information
KyediX includes an always-free plan for up to three active medications and core reminders. Optional Premium access unlocks unlimited medications and additional tools such as label scanning, visits and reconciliation, vitals, caregiver collaboration, interaction information, and exports.
KyediX supports clearer organization and conversations with your healthcare team. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
