Being able to choose the output variable is very helpful. Yes, these calculations can be done on any calculator, but this is very convenient. I do this sort of calculation frequently in the lab, and this will save time.The sliders for choosing units can be hard to use - the slider seems to jump and has to be reset, sometimes more than once to get it to stay at the chosen point.
