Swim to a real pace target, hands-free. On Apple Watch, LapRabbit shows how many yards/meters ahead or behind you are at every wall touch. Also runs standalone on iPhone. LapRabbit is a pacing tool for pool swimmers. Tell it how many lengths you want to swim and how long the set should take, and it works out your target pace — no mid-swim math against a stopwatch. APPLE WATCH LapRabbit starts a real swim workout on your wrist and tracks your actual distance as you swim, length by length. At every wall touch, the display shows exactly how far ahead (reading in green) or behind (reading in red) your target pace you are, in yards or meters — not a guess, a real measurement. • Live ahead/behind pace display, updated every length • Water Lock engages automatically, so the screen ignores splashes for the whole set • The background shifts to blue for the final 10% of your set, so you know the finish is close without checking the number • Set your target pace directly (seconds per length), or set your lengths and total time and let LapRabbit calculate it • Saves each set to Health as a real swim workout, with distance, stroke count, and heart rate — the same as the built-in Workout app • Works with Always On Display, so the pace stays visible even with your wrist down IPHONE Prefer to swim without a watch? The iPhone app runs its own independent pacing session, no Health access and no Apple Watch required. A single climbing green number shows your target — compare it to the length you just finished to see if you're ahead or behind. Supports interval sets too: split your lengths into equal segments, each with its own pace and its own reset. NO ACCOUNTS, NO ADS, NO TRACKING LapPacer works entirely offline. It doesn't use GPS, doesn't require an account, and doesn't show ads. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.
