Adds automatic sequence renumbering when a topic or item is inserted, moved, or deleted. Enables right click menu for adding, inserting, updating, moving, and deleting items and categories. Adds Delete CheatSheet option to the file menu.

This version has a new field called caption to describe what is in the hidden content field. You can now add images to cheatsheets. You can now add tables to cheatsheets. Performance improvements were made to speed up loading of CheatSheets.
