fix some UI issues

We redesigned invitations from end to end. INVITATIONS • Before you accept, you can see who invited you, to which album, and exactly what you'll be able to do inside. • Accept or say "not now" straight from the list, without opening each invitation. • When you invite someone, we tell you who's already on Loomdy and who will get an email instead. • If something doesn't go through, we explain what happened and how to fix it, instead of leaving you guessing. PEOPLE • You can now select several faces at once to split them into a new person or remove them. Long-press a face, or tap Select. DETAILS • A new loading indicator with our knot, including when you pull to refresh. FIXES • Fixed a crash when accepting an invitation to a shared page. • Pages shared with you now show up on your home screen as soon as you accept. • Faces you split off or delete disappear right away, instead of lingering on screen. Merge the same person across albums, add their name, relationship and birthday, and pick their best photo. EVERY PERSON'S COLLECTION - tap someone to see all their memories together: a "watch them grow" timeline, and create a memory book with just their photos. BIRTHDAYS - we'll let you know when someone in your family has a birthday, so you can relive their best moments. SMARTER SEARCH - try "grandma at the beach" and filter any album by person, even inside its pages. REDESIGNED PHOTO PICKER - your gallery grouped by month and year, a fast-scroll bar, pinch to adjust columns, drag to select, up to 50 photos at once, and it remembers where you left off. What's New in This Version Sharper photos, smoother uploads, and a video player that just works. YOUR PHOTOS, IN FULL QUALITY iPhone photos now open in full resolution in the viewer — no more soft, low-detail previews. A small badge tells you when you're still looking at the preview and shows the progress while the original loads, so you always know what's on screen. VERTICAL PHOTOS LOOK RIGHT Some portrait photos were being laid out sideways, showing up small and boxed in. They now fill the screen the way they should. UPLOADS FEEL INSTANT Your photos appear in the album the moment they're safely saved, instead of waiting for background processing to finish. The confirmation check shows up right away too. NO MORE MISSING OR BROKEN PHOTOS Fixed a problem where some uploads appeared as a blank tile, and another where photos could be saved without ever showing up in the album. ALBUMS STAY ORGANIZED Adding photos to an album — even deep inside a page — now moves it to the top of your home, so what you just worked on is where you expect to find it. VIDEOS • Videos open with their preview frame and a clear loading indicator instead of a black screen. • Play and pause respond reliably on the first tap. • A subtle indicator appears when playback needs to buffer. Tip: while watching a video, use the thumbnail strip at the bottom to move between files.
