Needs a easier or better way to earn more cards. I feel like it would eventually turn into a pay to play game. Also connection problems shouldn’t be a thing if your playing solo

Terrible Mid-Game Glitches - Auto Loss

I’ve been playing this game for a few months now. When it’s operating efficiently, it’s awesome. Truly. Recently, I’ve experienced several automatic losses due to mid-game glitches. I’ve made a few screen recordings to ensure I’m not imagining these issues. The game will reload mid turn, count one move as two, disregard moves and completely ignore there’s an active game taking place; staying stuck on one player, no matter how many actions they’ve taken and it also refuses to allow you to quit the match. So you either watch the other opponent play until their hearts give out or reset the entire app, resulting in an automatic loss and lose a high value card. I enjoy healthy competition and I play to win so when the instances occur it is extremely frustrating.

So I would love to give it 5 stars but once again the game freezes during my turn I loose my power ups that take forever to earn coins and loose the guy used to happen when I could win now it’s happening when I do win but it still takes my power up’s and fire mode never happens I’ve spent money on this game and I can’t even contact support so I have to do it this way which instead of sending a private message the only way to get my issue resolved is this way. Really apple apps should be better than this please refund my powerups and lost guys please

Initially I would contact support and they would reward me back the boosters, however now it is impossible to report these bugs and issues to support because it will not allow you to send messages anymore. The contact support option would also freeze and you are required to force quit the app. It has become very frustrating.
