Added the local scoreboard feature

- The previous update caused some issues. It has been reverted the the prior update.

- Fixed an issue where games wouldn't end correctly

- The timer now outlines in orange when it's been more than an hour, and tapping it in this mode will send a notification to whoever's turn it is. - Minor bug fixes

- Added a Hex alert border around the hex button, for when new hex votes are made - Other bug fixes & quality of life improvements

- Play screen optimisation - Added a timer since the last turn

- Notifications will now be cleared after either playing a card, or making a call. - iOS now displays a badge icon.
