Marni Force is the field app for private security companies.
It connects the officer on site with the control room: clock-in, patrols, daily log, alerts and rosters in a single tool.
IN THE FIELD
• Geolocated clock-in and clock-out, with hours recorded automatically
• Patrols verified by QR code, NFC tag or GPS, with time-stamped proof of passage
• Daily log and post register kept from the phone, with photos
• Lone worker alert button: position sent to the control room, SMS and call to emergency contacts
• Post orders and messages received directly, attachments included
• Works offline: entries are sent as soon as the network is back
AT THE OFFICE
• Rosters per site, shift templates, generation over several weeks
• Live map of officers on duty
• Statutory security register, exportable to PDF
• Hours statements per officer: lateness, overruns, overtime
• Invoicing computed from completed shifts, rate grids per client and per site
• Automatic alerts: late clock-in, relief not arrived, inactive officer
LONE WORKER PROTECTION
Location tracking runs only during a shift, a patrol or a call-out, each started by an explicit action of the officer. Outside those, nothing is recorded. Positions are deleted after 60 days, never sold, never used for advertising.
ACCOUNTS
Accounts are created by the employer. The app is used with the credentials provided by your security company. Officers never pay anything. There is no purchase of any kind inside the app.
Available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.

more A role change now takes effect immediately
A guard promoted to supervisor, or a supervisor promoted to administrator, only saw their new permissions after signing out and back in. Fixed: the change shows straight away.
Country names on the signup form now follow the language you picked.

The app speaks your language
More than a hundred messages still appeared in French, including the ones a guard reads on their phone when a clock-in is refused: "too far from the checkpoint", "no shift is scheduled for you at this site". Every one of them is now translated. These refusals happen in normal use, not when something breaks — and guards are the most multilingual people using the app.
The "Edit" button is back
In the team access and guard lists it was drawn white on white: present, clickable, but invisible. It now reads clearly, with its label spelled out, alongside "Resend access" and "Delete".
The site-exit alert
The office is told when a guard leaves their post during a shift without saying so. The perimeter is set site by site — a few dozen metres for a shop, several hundred for a construction site — and is drawn to scale on the map, so you see what you are setting before you switch it on.
Three safeguards prevent false alarms: the exit must last ten minutes, an imprecise position is ignored, and coming back on site clears the alert by itself. The end client is never told: this stays internal.
A site record
It opens in one tap. Its sections are now list rows with a status dot, instead of three bars that gave no sign they could be opened.
The "inactive guard" alert finally says what it does
The old text announced a "time without movement or scan". That was wrong: the app watches the last position the phone sent. The new text describes what actually triggers it, points out that it is active at 60 minutes by default even if you set nothing, and warns that moving does not clear an alert already sent.
Lateness can be waived in bulk
On a guard's record, three buttons waive every late arrival, every early departure or every overrun in the period shown. Separate, because waiving lateness and paying for an early departure are not the same decision. The total shown now accounts for waivers — it did not.
And an eye icon on password fields, so you no longer change your password blind.

Interface language
Sixty-nine labels were still in French when the app was set to another language: "Loading…" on thirty-six screens, the clock-in history (start of shift, end of shift, reassignment), "Late & absent", "Open alerts", "Client:" / "Site:", twenty-two table headings, and the headings on an officer's record. All are now translated.
An officer's record
Their schedule now comes before the maps, and filters by site — on screen and in the PDF export. The agenda is colour-coded by site, tells past, current and upcoming shifts apart, and shows times inside the blocks. Date and time headings stay in view as you scroll, and clicking a shift opens its detail.
A badge now marks officers with expense claims awaiting a decision, instead of having to open each record one by one.
A site's schedule
It opens on today. Two faults combined: the previous site's shifts stayed on screen while the database answered, and the automatic scroll fired on those dates; and when a site had no shift that day, the grid stayed on its oldest date.
Your schedule notifications
Twelve changes no longer send twelve emails. They are gathered into one daily summary sent at 6 pm, in the site's own time zone. A shift starting within 48 hours still goes out immediately — that is exactly the case where waiting would be absurd. A "Notify now" button sends the summary without waiting for the hour.
An officer is now told when a shift is no longer theirs, which was not the case before.
An officer's route
It reads over a date range ("From … to …") rather than a single day. The distance total covers the whole range even when the map draws only part of the track — and it says so when it does.
The Tours tab
It no longer appears. A patrol with its checkpoints already does what an officer on a tour needed to do, with proof of passage by NFC or QR. Tours already recorded remain available; nothing has been erased.
Also
The duplicated "All clear" on a patrol zone's status. Badges overflowing the officer cards. Notifications still arriving after signing out.

Interface language
Eight labels were still in French when the app was set to another language: the headings on an officer's record (full schedule, declared leave, expense claims), the photo and document fields on three screens, and the default rate label in invoicing. All are now translated.
Invoices and quotes
Your documents no longer carry "Génération du document…", the printing date at the top, or the website address at the bottom. Those three came from the browser and the loading screen, and they were going out to your clients as they were.
Your company footer now repeats at the bottom of every sheet, instead of following the last line of content in the middle of the page.

Interface language
Several screens still showed French labels when the app was set to another language: the loading message, the event column in the clock-in history, the late and absence headings, and table headers such as From, Read, Amount or Description. Everything is now translated.
Display
A patrol area's status showed two icons in a row. Only one remains.
Notifications
Signing out now stops notifications for the account you leave. Until now they kept coming: several accounts used on the same phone all received their alerts in the same place, long after signing out.
