Never seen an app so simple but helpful

Powerful little app that let’s me access everything I need from the platform without going to my desktop. See graphs and trends, and key coverage drivers. Tag articles. Very clean, very neat.

This is a great tool for when I’m running around campus for quick insights and checks for what’s happening online.

UX Is Amateur

I login on my mobile browser. I try to go into settings. It asks me to use the app. I don’t want to but I install the app.

I can’t use the app until I’ve done setup. No way to bypass. And it forces you to turn on notifications before you can use the app in any way. I don’t want notifications.

To top it all off, the account settings I’m looking for aren’t in the app. The website settings cog doesn’t show the same options as the app one.

This is basic UX stuff.
