MentiaCompanion is more than an app — it’s a compassionate partner to care, both for individuals with cognitive impairment and their caregivers, helping to sustain long-term, high-quality care and easing the load. The companions —driven by a sophisticated AI — converse, communicate, and build connections inside a customizable virtual home, guiding the player through interactive activities in familiar surroundings.
Who is MentiaCompanion for?
Science-driven and clinically tested, MentiaCompanion engages individuals with brain changes linked to declining cognition. Its universal design supports a wide range of abilities and communication styles, including non-verbal. Caregivers need not be present, though many choose to observe, likening MentiaCompanion to “a third person in the room” who brings social and emotional support without adding to their workload.

The Virtual Home brings meaningful engagement:
Aside from conversation, the companions share their life in a virtual home filled with music, videos, photos, artwork, and animals — stimuli that evoke familiarity, trigger memory, and promote positive mood. Household objects act as scaffolds for memories. Players move between rooms and enjoy a responsive garden that sparks curiosity and engagement. Whether playing a song, commenting on art, or petting a cat, every interaction strengthens selfhood and identity.
Global and Multilingual
A global release, available in multiple languages—including English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Korean, Arabic, Tagalog (and more to come) — MentiaCompanion ensures culturally sensitive care and players converse in their preferred language.
