For sellers, MergerMatch provides a private workspace for confidential sale listings and relevant buyer activity without presenting businesses as a public marketplace. Clients can request buy-side or sell-side support through controlled professional matching. Approved service providers receive anonymized assignments for conflict review, and contact information is shared only after the provider accepts.
