Weld vs Repair

- Fixes degenerate triangles and topology issues
- Removes common slicer errors (e.g. non-manifold edges)
- Avoids merging geometry whenever possible
Weld + Repair
- Welds nearby vertices to create shared topology
- Repairs the resulting mesh for watertight output
- Recommended when parts should form a single solid
About eps (weld tolerance)
- eps is the merge tolerance used during welding.
- Smaller values = safer, minimal changes
- Larger values = stronger fusion, less detail
- The app automatically selects the safest eps that improves the mesh without introducing new problems.
