Nice app! Could be so much better

I really like this app. Easy to put together a quick chart and have it layed out professionally in a snap.

The main drawback is that this looks like it was designed as an iOS app and ported to macOS without converting menus to native macOS menus, trackpad suppot is very weak, keyboard navigation is clumsy in text edit areas. No help tags to show what the various controls do.

That being said, I'm still very happy to have purchased the full version. Amazing value for the price.

ALSO be careful where you export items. Always use a dedicated folder to export into. I saved into Documents and it seemed to delete everything in that folder! I had a Time-machine backup and it seemed like the files all came back after restarting the Finder so no damage done, but I was a bit worried.

This app could've been good, but so much of it still feels like I'm a beta tester. And because I paid money for it, I can't give a good review for beta level app service.

The text was only recently fixed so that you can write a complete sentence without extreme app caused spelling errors, but it's still bad that I have to click a billion times to write within a node. The way it syncs between multiple devices is horrible and slow. They interface isn't intuitive or at a level with literally any other apps. For example, I can't click and drag files/folders, which is a standard function. Even if I want to move files/folders by manually selecting the move location, the app doesn't recognize all of my folders for me to be able to make a selection.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars because I like how simple the app looks, but it's definitely a 2 at the moment. I hope it improves, but for now I just want a refund.

Have had issues throughout the years trying to use the software, no response from developers

Go to use the software, which is a decent software in theory, but what happens is that it LOSES your work. I have a VERY capable machine with 128g of RAM.. and am able to use the software, but the software will NOT save the information, or does, you close out and come back to it, and you have large Exclaimation Marks where your content used to be. Again the makers don't get back to emails asking how or why this is happening, or if there is something that can be done to save your work. Only saving grace is having a copy (the copy you put into the software originally).

Sorry to hear about your experience, but your review has many false information and accusations. miMind does not DESTROY any work or maps that you created. There must be some misunderstanding. Sharing option can have more than email if your MacBook Pro has apps that can handle the share intent. I believe, thunderbird is your default email client, thus MBP launches it on share.
