This game at its core is incredible! It is a very unique puzzler that hurts my brain; just what I’m looking for in a game. It is terribly unfortunate how the token system works to play levels. You have to use a token to play each level, but the only way to get the tokens(after the first chapter) is to play the daily puzzle. These puzzles are extremely addicting and I don’t want to wait. I understand the dev needs to make money, but I would love to see the tokens accrue to a certain number after a certain amount of time like many games “life” system. Additionally, the “my sets” section boasts that you can play as many as you want once collected, but yet, you have to use tokens to unlock them AND to play them. Once you use tokens to unlock the set, they should be free to play. All said, I would pay a pretty penny for a premium version with no tokens and/or no ads. I know the game is in early dev, but would hate to see it fall apart from such an integral and difficult play mechanic. P.S. if you are going to have ads, I should be able to watch an ad for tokens.

This game is pretty solid. The only aspect that is frustrating is how feedback is given when a completed board is not the solution. If any piece that can be included in a sector of the board and is not included then aspects of the playing space flash at you. It is not always evident what these signals are telling you. This is confusing because at one point we are told there is only a single solution that will be accepted even if there are multiple solutions possible. The combination of how we are told there is an error and not knowing if the solution I am working toward is the single acceptable one leads to occasional frustration.

I absolutely love the basis of this game which is why I gave it 5 stars! It is challenging but not so hard that you can’t solve it and this really tickles both the pattern recognition part of my brain with my love of great graphics. I love trying to figure out the rules and patterns. That being said, the only way to play is by spending tokens that you only get a few each day by playing the daily game. I do really wish the mechanism had something like other games where you earned a token every 5 minutes until you had 5 in your bank or something. It would absolutely make things more playable. But such a great gameplay!!!

Many puzzles have multiple solutions, but only one “correct” solution. I gave up pretty quickly after many puzzles just became a guessing game of which solution was the real one.
