Allow users to continue to look up information now that MisCon is over. Schedule data has been removed from the website; this patch allows the app to continue to load data previously saved on the local device. Note that this information is subject to deletion at any time, so lookup anything you want to see now before it is gone. This is just a convenience patch for some users who have asked.

Fixes a possible crash when devices do not set a default location.

The About MisCon page is still available from the side navigation. -New Games tab allows much better visibility and sorting options for viewing Games. -New formatting in Games listings and details pages to show more relevant information. -Removed deduplication code for Game events, which means extra noise (a separate identical listing for every pinball machine, for instance), but some legitimately distinct Games were getting dropped, so it’s better to have them all visible. -Worked around an iOS bug that was resizing navigation buttons inconsistently -Bug fixes with category selection and search hint text New in v4.0 -Minimum supported version bumped to iOS 13.
