This is how macOS is designed and implemented, it is not a choice made by MissionControl Pro. This information is used only locally at runtime, and MissionControl Pro never saves or shares it, as it does not have network permissions. Please refer to App Privacy for more information.

It doesn't exhibit the window duplication bug you described.Your suggestion about adding a strip of numbered, user-nameable rectangles below the desktop numbers is quite insightful—that would definitely address the long-standing issue of keeping track of what's in each desktop space. I can see how combining the best aspects of apps like Spaceman could create a much more powerful solution.Unfortunately, App Store sandboxing restrictions prevent us from implementing those deeper system integrations in the current version. However, your ideas are genuinely useful, and we've added them to our feature consideration list for potential future development.
