My first time at Mr Clean! Staff is outstanding! Very helpful. They will power wash your vehicle if needed before you go through wash. Every time!!! Towels and spray provided for your use. Power washed my mats ! I finally found a car wash that truly is amazing! (All Gate Express did was say no we can’t do that! No prespray! No we can’t rinse your wheel wells! No we can’t rinse your back windows). So happy I have a good wash and so much more! Special mention of Dom. Great young man very helpful and pleasant.

The app is a handy way to track your account and earn points for free washes. But I noticed that once I hit ~ 350 points in their daily “spin to win game” my odds of winning seem to have plummeted drastically. Instead of winning some points every few days or at least once a week as should be the case based on a simple odds calculation, I now go multiple weeks without winning anything. And now my earlier earned points are going to expire before I can save up for a larger redemption. Won’t be able to prove anything but the math doesn’t lie. Something fishy is going on there.

It’s so easy to to clean your whole care inside and out and the supply everything you need , take your car Matt up to the front of the line where you first go in and they will wash them off for you for free

Horrible customer service from Cade at Sharpsburg location my car stopped inside while getting washed they blamed me and said I put my Mercedes in reverse I was so scared someone would hit me from behind I had to put my car in drive and drive out … they are camera experts and accused me of putting my car in reverse do not waste money on this location I asked for customer number he acted like he had to find it and ran in and called his manager because he was wrong I’m canceling my membership and go down the road … I tried to contact someone but the person he ran and called returned my email ….. customer service is horrible
