Give your workouts, focus sessions and everyday routines their own rhythm. NeuraTiM Timer brings interval timers, countdowns, a stopwatch, workouts, alarms and medication reminders together in one calm, practical app.
REPEAT YOUR RHYTHM
Set work and rest intervals, choose rounds or a schedule for selected weekdays, and save a routine to use again. Create HIIT, Tabata or Pomodoro-style sessions, stretch breaks and everyday reminders.
BUILD YOUR WORKOUT
Arrange exercises into circuits or sets with preparation time, rests and rounds. Add exercise notes and photos, follow the next step, and pause or skip when you need to.
KEEP EVERY LAP
Record stopwatch laps, compare split times and return to your last result. Use a countdown for cooking or a task, a weekday alarm for a routine, or medication reminders at the times you choose.
MAKE IT YOURS
Start a quick timer without saving, keep several timers running, customize sounds and colors, snooze an alert or chain one timer to the next. Share timers using a QR code or file and review completed runs in local history.
Choose light or dark appearance and optional backgrounds in Watches & clocks, Modern, Space, Neuro and Nature styles. Select None or let Random choose a design each time the app opens.
Timers and history stay on your device. Core timing works offline, with no account and no ads.
Check a running timer with an iOS Live Activity on your Lock Screen and a home-screen widget. Background alerts depend on your device settings and permissions.
